Charter Service

There are two basic programs;  

*NOTE: prices are based on gas prices at $3.75 per gallon. Adjustments may have to be made.

Recreational Diving

This is for diving which is single tank / non-decompression diving with maximum depths of 100ft., for Open Water Cert., and 130ft., for Advanced Open Water Cert.

Cost: $ 95 per diver ( $ 400 min) - boat max is six (6) DIVERS, additional dives without returning to shore are $40.

Includes: 2 single tank dives per diver ( no deco) ( nitrox permitted)

Requirements: certification for type of diving and gas use, appropriate DAN or PADI insurance, log book, air / nitrox fills.

Deposit of $100 per day , refundable 6 weeks prior or if weather cancels the trip.

Extended Range Diving

This is for diving which is unlimited tanks / decompression diving with maximum depths and gas usage determined by the certifications held by the divers onboard.  No diver may exceed his/her certification level unless accompanied by their instructor ( 1 on 1).

Cost: $ 100 for 1 dive -  $135 for 2 dives without returning to shore, per diver, Boat minimum is $450 / day

Includes: 1or 2 dives per diver , 100% surface supplied oxygen for 20 & 10 ft. Deco .

Requirements: certification for type of diving and gas use, DAN UNLIMITED INSURANCE or equivilent, log book, be most willing to discuss procedures and equipment and to make changes if deemed necessary, air / nitrox / trimix fills.

Deposit of $100 per day, refundable 6 weeks prior or if weather cancels the trip.

Prices quoted are for diving from the Rogers City Marina and within a one hour cruising time from that harbor --- Other dive locations will require destination fees to cover the cost of transporting the dive boat, these fees are for the weekend and will be collected if the boat arrives at the destination even if the dive is canceled because of weather.  Multiple diving days will also include storage fees and/or dockage.

Typical destination fees:   Presque Isle Harbor ( $60), Rockport Harbor ($80), Alpena ($90), Hammond Bay ( $60), Cheboygan ($80), Mackinaw ($100) 

A dive master is not required , one will be provided, if you bring one along they will not be charged any fee.

A waver will be signed by all divers and the dive master before the boat leaves on a charter.

A cooler for pop and snacks, water and cookies, will be provided, divers are asked to bring only what is necessary for safe and comfortable diving, open deck space is also a must for safe diving.
