Newell A. Eddy...a schooner built in West Bay Michigan in 1890 and sank on April 20, 1893 on the northwest side of Rennold’s Reef, just northeast of Spectical Reef. The stern broke away but the bow, capstans, nameplate, and eagle figurehead are in place. It’s 165 feet to the bottom and 135 to her decks.
